Child Safety Standards Policy

The Mobiliza application is fully committed to protecting children and complying with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Mobiliza strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material or Exploitation (CSAM/CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any type of CSAM/CSAE
• Attempting to exploit, endanger, or harm minors in any way
• Using the Mobiliza app to contact or interact with minors for unsafe or inappropriate purposes

Our app allows users to upload photos related to public issues in their city. To ensure safety, all images are automatically reviewed using privacy-protection filters (including face and license plate detection) and are handled in compliance with Brazilian LGPD regulations.

If any illegal or harmful content involving minors is identified, it will be immediately removed, the involved accounts will be permanently banned, and relevant authorities may be notified.
